Hunting Montana regulations have not yet been released. But the dates for expected release have been released. Peculiar, I know. Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks have named March 15, 2011 the day that hunters can expect to see Montana Hunting Regulations for Deer, Elk, and Antelope. March 15th also happens to be the deadline for hunters to get their applications in for the drawing. This is easily done online at the FWP website. Nonresident Montana Hunters who have chosen Guided Hunts in Montana will see a decrease in the price of of the license this year due to the passing of I-161 last fall. The price of Big Game Licenses (Elk and Deer) are now $912; Elk only $812; and Deer only $542. Sage Peak Outfitters offers Horseback Archery Hunts in the wilderness as well as exclusive Ranch Elk Hunts which also include Guided Mule Deer Hunts and Guided Antelope Hunts during archery and rifle seasons.
